本設(shè)備主要用于金屬管材端面平頭、內(nèi)倒角、外倒角、去毛刺。
單工位設(shè)計,智能系統(tǒng)控制,具有自動上料、自動平口倒角、自動下料功能。運(yùn)動控制器控制可根據(jù)管材規(guī)格自動計算大小管平口規(guī)格線速度,自動調(diào)整主軸轉(zhuǎn)速,降低刀片損耗。
自動對中夾管裝置,解決小管、薄管對位置頂管時彎曲變形。
平口倒角/等長平口倒角雙模式設(shè)計。

This equipment is mainly used for metal pipe end face flat head, inner chamfer, outer chamfer, deburring.
Single station design， intelligent system control,with automatic feeding，automatic flat chamfering，automatic unloading functions.
The motion controller control can automatically calculate the line speed of the flat mouth specification of the large and small pipes acoording to the pipe specifications, automatically adjust the spindle speed, and reduce the loss of the blade.
Automatic centering clamping device to solve the bending deformation of small tube and thin pipe when the top pipe is in position.
